The warranty period is 10 years from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
For the first time, you can open the door by the key in the package, the door will open, and you can reset your own password according to the manual. But the opening method of different safes vary, you can email eu-afterservice@tiskgg.com for more details and support.
We will take full responsibility for the damaged safe. Please kindly provide your Amazon order number and a picture of the damaged part, submit those to eu-afterservice@tiskgg.com, and we will provide you with a proper solution.
Please open the door by key for the first time, and you will see a reset button behind the door. Press that button, input your code and press # to confirm. If you fail to reset it, email eu-afterservice@tiskgg.com for more support.
We will help you with the replacement key. Please kindly send a picture of the serial number on the keyhole and your Amazon order number to eu-afterservice@tiskgg.com, and we will help you with the replacement key issue.
